3、 Project content and bidding scope
Tongshan mining, cutting and development projects are mainly in the middle section of - 388m, - 433M, - 458m, - 478m and - 523m above the middle section of - 613m in the new mining area. It mainly includes excavation, pouring concrete support, shotcrete support, bolt, steel mesh and so on.
Estimated quantities: excavation volume 53834.7m3, support volume (shotcrete and pouring concrete) 3896.3m3, 59500 anchor rods and 36800m2 mesh.
4、 Engineering construction conditions
1. The project uses the permanent mining system to develop;
2. Well depth < 900m, roadway engineering quantity < 25000m;
3. Rock hardness coefficient f = 7, water inflow Q < 100m3 / h;
4. The gangue in the middle section is transported by the engineering vehicle, which is transported to the chute or goaf designated in the middle section;
5、 Construction period and schedule requirements
Construction period: from September 2020 to December 2021
Implement the monthly plan of the project department and the assessment agreement of key projects. If the progress requirements are not met, the punishment will be imposed. If the plan is not completed for three consecutive months, the bid inviting party has the right to terminate the contract.
6、 Quality requirements
It conforms to the code for construction of non ferrous metal mine shaft and Roadway Engineering (GB 50653-2011) and code for acceptance of non ferrous metal mine shaft and roadway engineering quality (GB 51036-2014); smooth blasting is strictly implemented; one time acceptance is qualified.
7、 Safety requirements
1. Subject to the safety management regulations of the mine and Party A, the successful bidder shall sign the construction contract with the bid inviting party, sign the "safety production management agreement" at the same time, and pay the safety deposit to the bid inviting party.
2. Special types of work must have certificates.
3. The equipment invested by Party B must comply with the national safety standards or industrial safety standards, and use the mine safety (KA) standards, which shall be submitted to the equipment management department of the bid inviting party for approval before being invested; the costs of labor protection articles and underground self rescuers shall be borne by the bidder.
8、 Qualification requirements for bidders
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person registered in China with legal business license.
2. The bidder shall have the qualification of grade III or above for general contracting of mine construction, as well as qualified and effective safety production license and commercial blasting license.
3. The person in charge of the project to be dispatched has a valid safety production assessment certificate (B certificate) and is not the person in charge of other projects under construction; the person in charge of the project with the qualification of professional construction engineer of mine engineering will be awarded extra points in the bid evaluation (the bidder shall issue the social security certificate and the social security record in the past six months).
4. The bidder shall have good bank credit, financial status and commercial reputation.
5. The bidder has no record of bad behavior and bad performance in previous bidding activities and contract performance.
The bidder shall bring the copies of the above-mentioned qualification certification materials with official seal when signing up, and the bid inviting party has the right to examine the authenticity of the above-mentioned certification materials.
9、 Registration and acquisition of bidding documents:
From August 31, 2020 to September 5, 2020, the bidder shall bring: copies of business license, qualification certificate, safety license, business blasting license (with the official seal of the bidder), certificate of legal representative or entrusted agent, original and copy of ID card to the Audit Department of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group for registration and bidding Documents, 1000 yuan / copy. The purchase cost of bidding documents shall be paid from the basic account of the registered place of the bidder to the designated account of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group, and the bidder shall provide the corresponding receipt.

10： Time and place of bid opening:

The bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place, and those that are not sealed in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents, shall not be accepted by the bidder.
