From August 3 to 7, the company held a five-day induction training course for new college students in 2020 in the training classroom on the third floor. The main contents of the training include enterprise culture, enterprise situation and tasks, career development planning guidance, basic management system of the company, basic knowledge of enterprise management, basic knowledge of science and technology management, basic knowledge of professional technology, basic knowledge of safety production, etc.
