It requires quick response, accurate response, cooperative operation, centralized command, and strong technical equipment support. Whether the long-standing technical equipment of mine is advanced, safe and reliable is one of the keys to determine the success of rescue and relief. The mine rescue team has faced the challenge of new technology, and the traditional operation method of "breathing apparatus on the back of the body, cutting the fire with a hatchet hand, and holding fire under the fire" is being phased out gradually, instead of equipment serialization and technology modernization, such as airtight, fast closed, Sui gas fire extinguishing device, high school foam extinguishing equipment, underground disaster area telephone, positive pressure respirator and so on.

The technical equipment of the rescue team can be divided into personal protective equipment, testing instruments and meters, laboratory analysis, disaster relief communication, fire-fighting drainage, transportation equipment, etc. according to the technical combination, it can be divided into: brigade equipment, squadron equipment, squad equipment, personal equipment, etc.

In recent years, the state, local governments and mining enterprises have increased their investment in mine rescue, and the infrastructure and basic conditions of mine rescue teams have been gradually improved. Most mine rescue teams have added personnel and updated some instruments and equipment. After the national investment of 114 million yuan in 2002, 86 mine rescue teams were equipped with positive pressure oxygen respirators, spare oxygen cylinders, positive pressure oxygen respirator calibrators, mine ambulances and mine rescue command vehicles. In 2004, the state invested another 77 million yuan to equip 14 rescue bases and national mine rescue command centers with mine ambulances, command vehicles and mobile gas analysis Advanced rescue equipment, such as workstation, positive pressure oxygen respirator, comprehensive physical training device, remote video communication system, life detector, multi-functional gas detector, portable automatic resuscitator, cutting tool for disaster relief, CO2 fire extinguishing device, etc.

1. Significance: technical equipment is an important part of the combat effectiveness of the mine rescue team. Its management plays an important role in ensuring its own safety, successfully completing the rescue and relief tasks, and preventing the expansion of accidents. Some self casualty accidents are caused by poor management of technical equipment.

2. Task: to ensure that the rescue work is provided with sound technical equipment, so that the relief work is built on a good material basis.

(1) According to the principle of advanced technology and reasonable economy, choose and buy rescue equipment.

(2) Ensure the technical equipment in good condition and high intact rate.

(3) Proficient in operation and maintenance technology, save the use cost.

（2） Establish and improve the responsibility system for the use, maintenance and management of mine rescue equipment.

The technical equipment of the mine rescue team must be managed by specially assigned personnel and regularly inspected and maintained. It is necessary to manage at different levels, assign responsibilities to different people, define responsibilities, strictly follow standards, ensure integrity and make records.

Mine ambulances must be used exclusively for their own use. A vehicle registration system shall be established. Vehicles shall be managed and maintained by designated personnel on a daily basis to ensure the normal and safe use of vehicles. Large equipment shall be inspected once a quarter. Other mine rescue equipment shall be registered for use and maintenance. Regular or irregular inspection and maintenance shall be carried out according to relevant regulations and use conditions, and the inspection and maintenance shall be completed If so, fill in the equipment inspection register and put it into use after being reviewed and signed by the person in charge of the rescue team.

Rescue equipment, equipment, protective articles, safety testing instruments and meters must conform to national or industrial standards.

All rescue equipment can only be used for work related to rescue and rescue, drill training, etc. it is strictly prohibited to occupy, use for other purposes, or borrow without permission. The oxygen respirator is not allowed to be taken out by the team members or used by others without permission. Each rescue equipment shall be in the charge of a specially assigned person and kept properly. The name, model, arrival date, use and intact condition of the rescue equipment shall be carefully registered to ensure that the accounts, materials and cards of the rescue equipment are consistent.

The rescue equipment, tools, instruments and meters used in each disaster relief must be maintained in time to ensure that the emergency rescue equipment is in good condition at all times.

No one is allowed to mobilize rescue teams, equipment and vehicles for work unrelated to mine rescue.
