3、 Project content and bidding scope
Tongshan project qianshannan - 613 ～ - 703m middle section mining project is mainly in - 613m, - 658m, - 703m middle section, mainly including along vein roadway, connecting road, ramp, inverted section return air shaft, filling hole chamber, explosive magazine, mining and cutting engineering and other projects excavation, pouring concrete support, shotcrete support, anchor, steel mesh, etc.
Estimated quantities: excavation volume is 70981.63m3, support volume (shotcrete, pouring concrete) is 10353.19m3, anchor rod is 89906, mesh is 196t.
4、 Engineering construction conditions
1. The bidder shall undertake project management, construction technology management, quality control, safety management, equipment management, etc. Provide lifting, main power supply, main drainage, main transportation, main ventilation system, etc;
2. The mine permanent system is used in this project; the well depth is less than 900m, and the roadway engineering quantity is less than 25000m;
3. Rock hardness coefficient f = 7, water inflow Q < 100m3 / h;
4. The - 613m middle section is transported to the pass or stope goaf of the middle section by the engineering vehicle, the - 658m middle section and - 703m middle section are transported to the pass or stope goaf by the engineering vehicle through the ramp, and part of the - 703m middle section is directly lifted by the auxiliary shaft cage.)
5、 Construction period and schedule
It is expected to be from November 2020 to October 2022
Implement the monthly plan of the project department and the assessment agreement of key projects. If the schedule cannot be completed, the assessment will be conducted. If the schedule cannot be completed for three consecutive months, the bid inviting party has the right to terminate the contract.
6、 Quality requirements
It conforms to the code for construction of non ferrous metal mine shaft and Roadway Engineering (GB 50653-2011) and code for acceptance of non ferrous metal mine shaft and roadway engineering quality (GB 51036-2014); smooth blasting is strictly implemented; one time acceptance is qualified.
7、 Safety requirements
1. Subject to the safety management regulations of the mine and the bid inviting party, the successful bidder shall sign the construction contract with the bid inviting party, sign the safety production management agreement at the same time, and pay the safety deposit to the bid inviting party.
2. Special types of work must have certificates.
3. The equipment invested by Party B must comply with the national safety standards or industrial safety standards, and must have a mine safety (KA) mark, and must be submitted to the equipment management department of the bid inviting party for approval before being invested; the expenses of labor protection articles and underground self rescuers shall be borne by the bidder.
8、 Qualification requirements for bidders
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person registered in China with legal business license.
2. The bidder shall have the qualification of grade III or above for general contracting of mine construction, as well as qualified and effective safety production license and commercial blasting license.
3. The person in charge of the project to be dispatched has a valid safety production assessment certificate (B certificate) and is not the person in charge of other projects under construction; the person in charge of the project with the qualification of professional construction engineer of mine engineering will be awarded extra points in the bid evaluation (the bidder shall issue the social security certificate and the social security record in the past six months).
4. The bidder shall have good bank credit, financial status and commercial reputation.
5. The bidder has no record of bad behavior and bad performance in previous bidding activities and contract performance.
The bidder shall bring the copies of the above-mentioned qualification certification materials with official seal when signing up, and the bid inviting party has the right to examine the authenticity of the above-mentioned certification materials.
9、 Registration and acquisition of bidding documents:
From November 19, 2020 to November 23, 2020, the bidder shall bring: copies of business license, qualification certificate, safety license, business blasting license (sealed with the bidder's official seal), certificate of legal representative or entrusted agent, original and copy of ID card to the Audit Department of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group to register and obtain the bidding documents Bid documents, 1000 yuan / copy. The purchase cost of bidding documents shall be paid from the basic account of the registered place of the bidder to the designated account of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group, and the bidder shall provide the corresponding receipt.
