The quality award of the people's Government of Anhui Province is the highest honor of quality established by the government of Anhui Province. The quality award of the provincial government is selected once every two years, with no more than 5 quality awards and no more than 10 nomination awards each time. There are 50 organizations applying for the quality award of Anhui provincial government. After qualification examination and data review, 24 organizations have entered the stage of on-site review. The company is the only enterprise shortlisted for on-site review in Tongling City and Tongling Nonferrous.
In this on-site review, the experts of the review group, based on the criteria for Performance Excellence Evaluation and the administrative measures for quality awards of the people's Government of Anhui Province, listened to Hu Yanhua, the company's manager, high-level exchanges, on-site visits, section by section reports, group inspection materials, on-site Q & a, staff discussion, etc., from leadership, strategy, customer and market, resources, process management Measurement, analysis and improvement, as well as business results and other seven aspects, comprehensively diagnose and evaluate the maturity, systematization and effectiveness of the company's excellent performance management, help the company analyze the existing advantages and improvement opportunities, promote the company to continuously improve the product and service quality, continuously improve the company's overall performance and business management ability, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
