1. 3. The bid winning result will only be directly notified to the bid winner, and the bid winning announcement will not be issued separately. Bidders who have objections to the bid winning result may raise written objections to Tongguan mining construction company, the bid acceptor.
4. The bidder shall sign and perform the contract in time after winning the bid; in case of breach of contract, it shall be handled according to the management standard for qualified suppliers (materials) of Tongling Nonferrous Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd.
5. If it is necessary to collect the performance bond, the winning bidder shall pay the performance bond in accordance with the provisions within five working days after receiving the notification of award. Those who do not pay without justifiable reasons will be included in the list of suppliers for dishonesty of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group and will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
6. This public bidding is for miscellaneous materials and other materials required by the project Department of Sishanling, Tongguan mining and construction company in 2020. 2、 Relevant requirements
1. Qualification requirements of the bidder: the bidder shall be a professional manufacturer with general taxpayer qualification and independent legal person qualification.
2. Bidder's quotation and delivery method: the quotation shall include VAT, and the tax rate must be indicated in the quotation list. The purchasing unit shall provide it at any time according to the production and operation needs.
3. Packaging and transportation requirements: the packaging is suitable for the transportation and loading and unloading of the bidding goods.
4. Payment method: the buyer shall pay for the goods by telegraphic transfer within 60 days after the goods are accepted upon arrival and the VAT invoice is issued; the buyer shall handle the warehousing entry and other relevant procedures.
5. Performance security: none.
6. Warranty period and deposit: none.
7. When bidding, the specification, model, technical parameters and quality and technical standards of the quoted products shall be described completely. In case of any deviation from this inquiry table, the deviation description shall be made during bidding, and the reason for the deviation shall be clarified, whether it is completely replaced. Other deviations shall be explained in the quotation sheet.
