3、 Qualification requirements of the bidder
1. The bidder shall have independent legal person qualification, valid business license of enterprise legal person and valid safety production license;
2. The bidder shall have grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction engineering;
3. It is proposed to assign the project manager (constructor) as the second-class or above registered constructor of the construction engineering discipline, and hold the safety training and Assessment Certificate (class B) of the project manager;
4. Joint venture bidding is not accepted in this bidding, and affiliation is strictly prohibited.
4、 Registration time, precautions and acquisition of bidding documents
1. From January 7, 2020 to January 11, 2020, the bidder shall bring: business license, qualification certificate, safety production license, certificate of legal representative or certificate of entrusted agent, original and copy of ID card to the Audit Department of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group to register and obtain the bidding documents.
