1、 Project Name: Construction of return air shaft and raise boring of Xinqiao East Wing underground mining project
2、 Project construction site: underground level of - 372m in Xinqiao Mining Area, Tongling City
3、 Project content and bidding scope
Construction of air return shaft and raise boring, raise boring and its auxiliary construction equipment, drilling, transportation, transfer and management and maintenance of raise boring equipment in 16 stopes of - 372m layer in the east wing of Xinqiao Mining Area. The net diameter of the shaft is 1.5m, the vertical height is about 50m, and the total work quantity is about 800m.
4、 Construction conditions
(1) - 320m horizontal stope return air roadway is about 650m long, and the drilling chamber from return air roadway to return air shaft is connected by return air alley. The average length of return air alley is about 12m. At present, the construction of the main air return roadway in the stope has been completed, and the construction of the main air return roadway and the drilling machine chamber in each stope has not yet been completed. The tenderee shall be responsible for the completion of the construction of the bottom pulling roadway, the return air alley and the reverse top drilling chamber in each stope, and the determination of the location of the return air shaft before handing it over to the construction party for the construction of the return air patio.
(2) The tenderee shall provide the access point of project construction power supply and water source, and the construction party shall be responsible for the contact materials required from the access point to the construction site.
(3) Hydrogeological conditions
The rock strata that can be exposed from the ore body floor to the roof are as follows:
1. Gaolishan formation of Lower Carboniferous system, grayish brown sandy shale and shale with several layers of quartzite;
2. Ore body: pyrite, copper bearing pyrite, sulfur bearing magnetite;
3. Huanglong Formation of Middle Carboniferous system, black white spotted bioclastic rock, white thick layer limestone, dolomitic limestone, quartz fine conglomerate;
4. Chuanshan formation of Upper Carboniferous: light gray thick limestone, spherical structure thick limestone.
5. Magmatic rock mass
(1) Transitional diorite, containing a small amount of quartz, with general hardness;
(2) Diorite porphyrite of marginal facies, with small hardness.
6. The f factor of rock hardness is temporarily calculated as 8-10.
7. The water outlet is mainly located in the first panel and between the first panel and the second panel. According to the geological exploration data, the average water inflow is more than 100m ³ / h.
5、 Schedule and construction period requirements
Implement the monthly plan of the project department and the assessment agreement of key projects, the monthly progress shall not be less than 60m, and if the progress requirements are not completed, a penalty shall be imposed. If the plan is not completed for three consecutive months, the tenderee has the right to terminate the contract.
6、 Technical requirements
The upper mouth of the air return shaft of the stope is located at - 320m level, and the lower mouth is located at - 372m level. The design vertical depth is about 50m and the diameter is 1.5m.
7、 Quality requirements
It conforms to the code for construction of non ferrous mine shaft and Roadway Engineering (gb50653-2011) and code for acceptance of quality of non ferrous mine shaft and Roadway Engineering (gb51036-2014); it is qualified in one-time acceptance.
8、 Safety requirements
1. Obey the safety management regulations of the mining party and Party A, the winning bidder and the tenderee sign the construction contract and sign the safety production management agreement at the same time.
2. Special types of work must be employed with certificates.
3. The equipment invested by Party B must conform to the national or industrial safety standards, use the Ka mark, and report to the equipment management department of the tenderee for approval before being put into operation; the expenses related to labor protection articles and downhole self rescuers shall be borne by the tenderer.
9、 Qualification requirements of the bidder
1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person registered in China and holding a legal business license.
2. The person in charge of the project to be assigned has an effective safety production assessment certificate (B certificate), and does not act as the project leader of other projects under construction.
3. The bidder shall have good bank credit, financial status and commercial reputation, and have no bad behavior record and bad performance in the previous performance of the contract.
The bidder shall bring a copy of the above qualification certificate with official seal when applying, and the tenderee has the right to review the authenticity of the above certificate.
10、 Application and acquisition of bidding documents
From May 18, 2020 to May 19, 2020, the bidder shall bring copies of business license, qualification certificate, safety permit, business blasting permit (with the bidder's official seal affixed), certificate of legal representative or entrusted agent, original and copy of ID card to the Audit Department of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group to register and obtain bidding Documents.
11、 Time and place of bid opening
Deadline for bid submission and opening time: 9:00 am, may 22, 2020.
Place of bid opening: conference room on the sixth floor of Tongguan Mine Construction Co., Ltd. of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group. The tenderee shall not accept the bidding documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated place, or that are not sealed in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents.
