3、 Project content

4、 Project duration

1. The total construction period of the project is tentatively determined to be one year, and the construction period of demolition, handover and management will be terminated automatically in case of superior requirements.

2. Commencement date: subject to the date of maintenance notice issued by the tenderee.

3. Completion date: subject to the date on which the tenderee signs the completion acceptance certificate.

5、 Construction requirements

1. Safety requirements: the bid winner must strengthen safety management, formulate corresponding safety measures, and implement them after approval; do a good job in pre job safety training and special type of work training, implement safety production responsibility organization and personnel, and ensure safe construction; all losses caused by safety reasons during construction shall be borne by the bid winner. All special operation personnel of the winning bidder must work with certificates. The labor protection appliances shall be equipped completely according to the requirements of the tenderee.

2. Quality requirements: the winning bidder shall carefully organize the construction, the project quality must meet the requirements of relevant construction acceptance specifications, and accept the inspection of the tenderee. The materials shall be submitted for inspection as required; the process shall be accepted as per the process; if the project quality fails to meet the qualified standard, the bid winner shall be responsible for the economic loss caused by rework, and the bid inviter shall not bear any responsibility and loss, and shall have the right to require the bid winner to dismantle and re construct until it meets the agreed standard.

3. Schedule requirements: meet the requirements of the tenderee.

6、 Qualification requirements of the bidder

1. With business license, grade III or above qualification of general contracting of housing construction project, and corresponding ability in personnel, management, capital, etc.

2. The project manager to be assigned to the project shall have the qualification certificate of class II construction engineer and valid safety training and Education Certificate (class B) and similar project management experience.

3. Have safety production license (the certificate is within the validity period).

7、 Registration time, precautions and acquisition of bidding documents

1.
